Why is Avenue A on hold?
We're updating the Avenue A program to better personalize our service and meet the needs of our subscribers.
When is Avenue A coming back?
We haven’t yet set the date, but we’ll send you an email letting you know when and where to sign up as soon as the new Avenue A is ready to go.
How can I be notified when Avenue A returns?
If you’re already a subscriber, you’ll be notified by email as soon as we’re back. If you’re new to Avenue A, sign up below to be added to our email list and we’ll keep you up to date.
What happens to my account and billing information?
While the program is on hold, you won’t be able to access your Avenue A profile. To protect your privacy, we’ve deleted your billing information. Once Avenue A starts up again, you’ll be able to sign in with your log-in credentials, re-enter your payment details, and update your subscription preferences.
What happens to my account?
All accounts are currently deactivated. When Avenue A is up and running again, you’ll be able to log in and update your subscription preferences.
If I’m subscribed, will I automatically be billed when Avenue A returns?
No, you’ll need to re-enter your billing information when Avenue A is up and running again.

What is Avenue A?
Avenue A is one of adidas' newest products! It’s a subscription program curated by sports and fitness experts, to give women exclusive and stylish performance products before they sell out anywhere else!
What's in the box?
Each box is a surprise! Each will include 3 to 5 products that could include a combination of footwear, apparel, and accessories that match your specific size profile.
How does the subscription work?
A new box will be released every three months.
When you subscribe, you are signed up to receive the next available box. This is a rolling subscription; therefore, you will continue to receive future boxes until you choose to opt out. To learn more about opting out or cancelling your subscription, please see the next section.
When you sign up, you will receive a confirmation of your subscription. You will also receive email notifications when your box is being assembled and is shipped and on the way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, included APO/FPO addresses. Stay tuned for further updates as Avenue A continues to grow!
