What is Avenue A?
Avenue A is one of adidas' newest products! It’s a subscription program curated by sports and fitness experts, to give women exclusive and stylish performance products before they sell out anywhere else!
What's in the box?
Each box is a surprise! Each will include 3 to 5 products that could include a combination of footwear, apparel, and accessories that match your specific size profile.
How does the subscription work?
A new box will be released every three months.
When you subscribe, you are signed up to receive the next available box. This is a rolling subscription, therefore you will continue to receive future boxes until you choose to opt out. To learn more about opting out or cancelling your subscription, please see the next section.
When you sign up, you will receive a confirmation of your subscription. You will also receive email notifications when your box is being assembled and is shipped and on the way.
What if I don't want a box anymore?
If you no longer want a box, you will always have the option to turn off your subscription before the next box starts to be prepared. You will receive a heads up from us when that is about to happen.
In case you change your mind, you will have the option to turn your subscription back on to receive future boxes.
Please note, you will have to take action to change your subscription on or off. We will assume you haven't changed your mind unless we hear from you. Opting out to stop receiving boxes, or opting back in to receive a future box is quick and easy and can be done when you login.
I want to subscribe, but the system will only put me on the waitlist for the next quarter. What does that mean?
Avenue A by adidas is a limited release of specifically curated products, some of which won't be available in stores until later. Because of that, we can't accept your order if all of the current boxes are spoken for, or if we no longer have all of your sizes in stock.
Signing up and being Pre-Ordered will get you in line for the next quarter's release before the public can place new orders. You are not charged any fees, this is simply a reservation by you to ensure you will be able to receive the next box.
How much does Avenue A cost?
Avenue A costs $150 per box. Subscribers to the Avenue A program will have their credit card billed once per quarter. You will not be billed just by signing up. Billing occurs at the end of each quarter as the box is assembled for you and prepared for shipping.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When am I charged for my purchase?
Your credit card will be charged 3 to 4 weeks before your box arrives. You will receive a heads up from us before that when we are about to put your box together.
What currencies do you support?
Avenue A currently only supports payment in USD. All major credit cards will be accepted. Please note your credit card company may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee if you are ordering from outside the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, included APO/FPO addresses. Stay tuned for further updates as Avenue A continues to grow!
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
You can change your shipping address or payment information before the box starts to be prepared. You will receive a notice when that is about to happen through email.
Because the articles in the box are part of a limited release you won't be able to change your sizes until the next box.
How do I update my sizing?
If you want to change your sizing, sign in to profile center and update your account. If you update your sizing between Avenue A shipping windows, the next box will reflect your new sizes.
What if I don't like the articles in the box?
We are confident you'll love the products in the box. Because the products are part of a limited release we can only replace a product if it doesn't fit you or is defective with an equivalent item. Please note we cannot guarantee exact replacements because some products are part of a limited release.
